Fan-#%^*+=!-tastic treasures, Mary Ann! So fun to see your purchases. Keep sharing!
Love your moon experience story, too.

Super duper treasures you found today Ms Moss. Love sharing your daily adventures. And loved your moon story as well. Last night there was a very big beautiful shinning moon here in southern Ontario. Tonight when I look at it through the falling snow I’ll think of you sitting on your little chair sharing the moon with me.

Those are SO fantactic finds – please make sure to post about that shop 🙂
Love those two books and the grand map – so very cool.
I was wondering how you bring those big sheets home with you.
Do you roll them or fold them or cut them to pieces?
I always find it hard to have those rolls in the suitcase without being crached.

Holy DOOOOODle! you did find treasures didn’t you! WONDERFUL! Last night I lay out on my back on the upper terrace and watched the moon and stars. Same moon, same stars. What a nice thought. Enjoy the view from your balcony tonight. and dream of what you are going to do with your treasures. xodonna

We had a few sprinkles of the white stuff mixed with rain this morning, here in Columbia, Maryland. It’s all gone now but still a dull day out, however, the sun is bright and shiny around my computer because you sent us these wonderful videos and pictures to look at. The books and maps you bought fill me with envy – there were a couple of places in New Hampshire that had goodies like that, but one went up in fire – can you imagine it, all those treasures floating upward with the smoke!

Your joy makes me so happy… that is all!!

YAWOZAAAAAAAAA what awesome finds woman. Holy cannoli Mary Ann. That map is just out of this world amazing, the books, the marbled one, the taped one, be still my beating heart. I am smiling at the thought of you among all those books and paper treasures and all the adorable cats under foot; lounging on books. I don’t know how you ever managed to leave. I can so easily imagine you being there and setting up permanent residence. This journey just keeps getting better and better.

aw! my comment didn’t go through! what i was saying was…one, that the first picture of the bookstore is so magical that i gasped in delight right when i clicked onto the blog. second, i’m thinking that frizzo just may be a soul mate of mine that i never knew about. and third, for some reason when you said “yeah it’s of the persian gulf but who cares?” it hit me so funny that the laugh i busted nearly tossed me off my chair. you’ve found some wonderful treasures and i appreciate seeing someone get happy about crusty old tape! it’s a beautiful thing. xo

You are da bomb! You could have cursed in Italian and we would have just thought you were describing the map. Such lovely treasures. It has been soooo fun sharing your journey. Ciao!

LOVE these videos!! You’ve come up with 2 new places for me to add to the itinerary. I didn’t know about this paper store and I certainly didn’t know about the Libreria Acqua Alta – WHOA! what a great place. Laughed out loud over your map of the Persian Gulf though I quite agree – it’s a treasure, as are you! Don’t forget to go to Torcello – on another sunny day. It’s like being in the country!

I swear, I am like Pavlov’s dog – just jiggle those keys, and I start drooling because I know something good is coming! Love that real-marbled composition book!!

I hope you find time to read this….did your old map of the Persian Gulf happen to have Qatar on it? Maybe it wasn’t a country back then…it would look like a little piece of land jutting off the right side of Saudi Arabia? (Love all your treasures)

I love, love, love your 2 euro book! That would have been a treasure to me, too. I simply can’t get over how your travel exactly the way I would like to. I am only sorry I am going to Venice at the end of September, I wish it would be in December…
I savor every minute of your trip!
