Tech Support
- Due to the large number of variables I can’t control on your end, I don’t provide tech support, but if you uncover a glitch on the website please inform me right away. I will do my best to find the problem and fix it. Problems can result from flash, software updates, cookies, things getting stuck in your cache, and a myriad of other issues. 99% of the time there is an issue with either your computer or browser that is causing the problem.

- All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be granted.
Use of Images & Materials
- Ticket To Venice course materials are intended for the sole use of registered class members and family/partners residing in the same household. You many print the PDF document, but download or copy of the videos is prohibited.
- I retain the copyright to all photos, but you may print or copy for personal use. Photos may not be reblogged or pinned on Pinterest.
- Reteaching of class content for the purpose of education in a school, prison, homeless shelter, women’s shelter, etc., is permitted.
- Reteaching of class content for personal profit is not permitted.
- Please do not produce tutorials based on exact class content, that includes, but is not limited to explicit bookbinding instructions.

Password Expiration
- Once your passwords expire, class access to all portions of the class blog including the forums will end.
